Massic Metal Buildings was founded to provide a more responsive, practical approach to custom metal building projects. After decades of experience in construction and industrial infrastructure, we saw the same challenges come up again and again: long timelines, limited flexibility, and clients struggling to get clear answers or realistic expectations.

Instead of offering pre-packaged building sizes or rigid designs, we focus on building structures around how our clients actually plan to use them. Every project starts with understanding your goals, your site, and your timeline, then designing the building to fit those needs, not the other way around.
Built on Real-World Experience
Todd Balkenbush has been working in industrial infrastructure & construction engineering since 1996. His background includes large-scale industrial projects involving complex systems, strict engineering requirements, and high-dollar installations where precision and coordination mattered.
That experience shapes how we approach every project today. We understand that a metal building is not just a structure. It is part of a larger plan. It needs to function properly, meet engineering standards, and support how the space will be used for years to come.
What Sets Us Apart
We prioritize responsiveness, communication, and realistic timelines. Because we operate locally and design each building specifically for the client, projects often move faster than those handled by large national providers.
In many cases, from first contact to delivery, a building can be on-site in approximately 60 days, depending on scope. Time matters, and we work hard to respect it without overpromising or cutting corners.
